    There are 3 now defunct King Henri IV restaurants highlighted on this ashtray - the main King Henri IV Restaurant on Lexington Avenue, Chateau Henri IV on East 64th Street and La Cave Henri IV on East 52nd Street. They were a collection of French restaurants in Manhattan the midcentury, each with a slightly different experiences but all celebrating Henry IV’s love of food and wine.
